Mailing and Shipping
Due to variations in monitors, printers, paper stocks, lighting conditions, ink absorption, and production methods, colors and materials may appear differently than viewed on screen.
Minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Color and Material Variations
Jenna Rae Atelier may coordinate with printers, paper suppliers, calligraphers, shipping carriers, and other third-party vendors as part of the design process.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, shortages, interruptions, shipping issues, or performance failures caused by third-party vendors.
Third-Party Vendors
Clients are responsible for providing accurate wording, dates, names, addresses, quantities, and event information throughout the design process.
Final proofs must be reviewed carefully prior to approval. Jenna Rae Atelier is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies approved by the client.
